How We Run the Room

Players Drive Everything

• Players First

Every decision begins and ends with the player. We don't serve profit, we serve people. From table layout to tournament structure, we design around the player experience, not against it.

• Transparency

Clarity is non-negotiable. Players deserve to know exactly how the room operates, no fine print, no confusion, no spin. From seat fees to promotions, we operate with integrity, because trust is earned, not assumed.

• Community

High Mountain Poker isn't just where we play, it's where we belong. We create more than games, we create connections. This is a room where respect is mutual, memories are made, and every player feels like part of something bigger.

• Always Improving

Growth isn't a slogan, it's a standard. We evolve with our players. Every update, every adjustment, every detail is an opportunity to level up the experience for the people who matter most: the ones in the seats.

I came for the poker and stayed for the people. The staff knows my name, the games run smoothly, and there’s always a friendly face at the table.

High Mountain feels like a true community. Whether I’m in for a cash game or a tournament, the room is welcoming, professional, and a great place to spend an evening.

Every Hand Helps

We host charity poker tournaments for local organizations across Lane County. You invite the guests and set the entry fee; we bring the tables, the dealers and the details. Proud to have played for the Lane County Diaper Bank, Food for Lane County, the Community Thanksgiving Drive and more.
