Why High Mountain Poker

High Mountain Poker is more than a place to play — it's a room built on hospitality, fairness, and a genuine love of the game. Whether you're running the floor, dealing a hand, or welcoming a first-time guest, every role here shapes the experience players come back for. We're growing, and we're looking for people who take pride in doing things right — who show up with energy, treat players and teammates with respect, and want to be part of building something great in the poker community. All three of our owners started out dealing at High Mountain.

What We Look For

We're less interested in checking boxes on a resume and more interested in people who are reliable, personable, and genuinely enjoy working with others. Whether your background is in dealing, hospitality, operations, or customer service, what matters most is your attitude and your willingness to learn.
